Winterbauer & Diamond PLLC is a premier Pacific Northwest employment and labor law firm. We serve as the Washington state representative to the Worklaw® Network. The Network was founded in 1989 and consists of 36 law firms across the nation who focus on management-side employment and labor law. In litigation, we demystify the process for our clients and develop a comprehensive, cost-conscious strategy from the outset. When counseling clients, rather than merely recite the letter of the governing law, we present a range of practical solutions and make a concrete recommendation as to which is most appropriate.

Cost. We staff cases leanly and assign work to maximize efficiency and minimize cost while maintaining the highest standard of quality. Upon request, we develop and use fixed and blended fee services in lieu of traditional hourly billing and begin litigation with a detailed written fee and cost estimate and a thorough written case assessment.
